I am honored to join the Napa Medical Research Foundation as its Executive Director. Having been born and raised in Hawaii and spent most of my professional life on the Eastern Seaboard I am excited to move to Napa that, like Hawaii, has a unique lifestyle and strong sense of community. I look forward to giving my passion and experience in nonprofit development to help advance NMRF’s mission and goals.
During my few weeks with NMRF, I have focused on listening to our community of supporters. What I have found to be the common theme is a deep appreciation for the warm personal care, and most importantly, brilliance of Dr. Bodor. I am proud to be working with our innovative clinician-researcher who is pioneering advances in regenerative medicine, ultrasound imaging and minimally invasive procedures for children and adults suffering from orthopedic and neurological disorders to ensure they are able to live our best lives.
The stay-at-home orders and social distancing have changed how we live our lives. This new reality has pushed me to focus on devoting my attention to loved ones, neighbors, and community. I am honored to work alongside Dr. Bodor, who has created a clinic that provides care with the same commitment to his community. I am approaching my tenure at NMRF to help the Napa Valley Community and the world live more productive and pain-free lives by finding solutions to orthopedic and neurological disorders.
I look forward to working on broadening our community of support so that the life affirming work that the Foundation is pioneering continues to have an increasingly positive impact on the Napa Valley and beyond.
